E-TALK LTD ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") provides a marketplace platform powered by WebChain, our native blockchain technology, connecting buyers and sellers.
By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Platform Role
E-TALK LTD operates a technology platform powered by WebChain (our native blockchain technology) facilitating marketplace interactions, digital asset functionality, and transactions between users.
Certain platform features may include non-custodial wallet integrations, user-controlled digital wallets, and internal transaction balance systems designed to support platform operations and user experience.
- Users retain responsibility for the security of their credentials, wallets, and private keys where applicable
- E-TALK LTD does not operate as a licensed bank or financial institution
- E-TALK LTD does not provide regulated investment or financial advisory services
- Digital asset and transaction functionality may rely on third-party infrastructure, blockchain networks, or payment service providers
- Transactions recorded on the WebChain blockchain are immutable and transparent by design
5. Fees and Payments
Platform fees, commissions, and service charges are disclosed before transaction confirmation. All fees are in USDC unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for:
- Reviewing all fees before completing transactions
- Any applicable taxes on their transactions
- Ensuring sufficient funds for fee payment
6. User Obligations
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Interfere with the proper operation of the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the WebChain blockchain technology
7. Risk Disclosure
Using digital platforms and blockchain technology involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Technical failures or system downtime
- Cybersecurity threats and unauthorized access
- Regulatory changes affecting platform operations
- Market volatility in digital asset environments
- Immutability of blockchain transactions (transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed)
- Loss of private keys resulting in permanent loss of access to digital assets
You acknowledge these risks and agree to use the Services at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-TALK LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Privacy

10. Blockchain Transactions
Transactions conducted on the WebChain blockchain are recorded on a public, immutable ledger. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed, modified, or deleted. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details before confirmation.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nigeria, specifically the Federal High Court of Nigeria or other competent courts within Nigeria.
