Welcome to E-TALK’s Branded Store Leasing system. This page explains how our marketplace handles branded stores, rented storefronts, and official brand claims. Our goal is to create a transparent, trusted, and premium environment for buyers and sellers alike.
1. Free Stores
Any vendor can open a store on E-TALK for free. These stores provide full access to the marketplace and allow sellers to list and sell their products. Free stores are ideal for new vendors who want to start building their presence.
2. Rented Branded Stores
Vendors can lease premium branded stores for a limited time. Each branded store is exclusive, meaning only one vendor can rent a particular brand at a time. Rented stores are clearly labeled with the brand name plus Rented and a premium badge for visibility.
- Exclusive rights – Only one vendor per brand at a time
- Brand relevance – Products must match the brand identity
- Strict rules – Counterfeit or unrelated products result in automatic revocation
- Lease expiration – Brand becomes available for new vendors if not renewed
- Product continuity – Products from previous vendors are preserved
3. Official Brand Stores
When a real brand partners with E-TALK and claims their brand store, they receive special status and benefits:
- Official email –
brand@e-talk.xyz(e.g., apple@e-talk.xyz) - Visual distinction – No Rented label, instead a Official badge
- Coexistence – Official brand stores can coexist with rented stores, maintaining clear visual distinction
- Permanent status – Once partnered, official status is permanent
4. Key Rules & Policies
Brand Relevance
Rented stores may only sell products relevant to the brand. Unrelated products are strictly prohibited.
No Counterfeits
Counterfeit goods lead to automatic revocation and permanent ban from the leasing program.
Brand Priority
Official brands always have priority over rented stores. Rented stores must vacate if an official brand claims the store.
Lease Terms
Rented store leases are temporary (6 or 12 months). Official brand claims are permanent once partnered.
