RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Store Rental Agreement
Welcome to E-Talk’s Store Rental Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental of digital storefronts (“Stores”) on the E-Talk platform. By renting a Store, you (“Renter”) agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
E-Talk offers the following rental packages:

Note: ETK conversion rates are based on current market value and may fluctuate. The final ETK amount will be calculated at the time of payment.
To rent a Store, you must:
- Be a registered user on E-Talk
- Have verified_customer status
- Not currently have an active store rental
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a verified payment method
Renters may select from available pre-existing stores. These stores are owned by E-Talk and are offered for rental on a first-come, first-served basis.
Renters may request a custom brand store. E-Talk will make reasonable efforts to create the requested store if the brand name is available. Custom brand requests are subject to approval and may be rejected if the name is:
- Already in use
- Trademarked by another entity
- Offensive or inappropriate
- Misleading or deceptive
Payments can be made in:
- USD via checkout or bank transfer
- ETK via wallet transfer
Full payment is required at the time of rental. No partial payments or installment plans are available.
Rental fees are non-refundable except in cases where E-Talk is unable to provide the rented store. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.
As a Store Renter, you agree to:
- Maintain accurate store information
- Ensure all products listed are legal, original and comply with platform policies
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Fulfill orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Not list prohibited items (see Section 8)
Renters may customize their store’s appearance, products, and settings within the platform’s capabilities. However, the core store identity (name and URL) cannot be changed during the rental period.
Renters are solely responsible for all products listed in their store. E-Talk reserves the right to remove any listings that violate platform policies without notice.
Renters may access customer data generated through their store but must comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations. Customer data may not be sold or transferred to third parties.
The following items may not be sold in rented stores:
- Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
- Counterfeit or replica goods
- Stolen property
- Hate speech or discriminatory material
- Adult content without proper age verification
- Items infringing on intellectual property rights
- Financial services without proper licensing
- Prescription medications
- Endangered species products
In addition to the rental fee, the following apply:
- 5% transaction fee on all sales (paid by buyer)
- 2.5% withdrawal fee when cashing out earnings
- No listing fees or monthly minimums
Important: All store earnings are held in your E-Talk wallet and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the withdrawal fee.
Renters may terminate this agreement at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining rental period.
E-Talk reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately and without refund if the Renter:
- Violates any terms of this agreement
- Engages in fraudulent activity
- Sells prohibited items
- Receives excessive customer complaints
- Attempts to circumvent platform fees
This agreement automatically terminates at the end of the rental period unless renewed by the Renter.
Renters may renew their store rental before the expiration date. Renewal pricing will be at the then-current rates. E-Talk will send renewal reminders 30, 14, and 7 days before expiration.
If a store is not renewed, it will be returned to the available pool for other renters. All store data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
E-Talk is not liable for:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Customer disputes
- Third-party claims
- Data loss (though we maintain regular backups)
In any case, E-Talk’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current rental period.
E-Talk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Renters will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which E-Talk operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By renting a store on E-Talk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
