e-talk Vendor Agreement & Buyer Protection Policy

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the participation of vendors (“Seller”, “Vendor”, “You”) on the e-talk platform (“e-talk”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”). By listing products or services on e-talk, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Platform Nature

e-talk operates as a peer-to-peer (P2P) multi-vendor marketplace. Vendors act as independent sellers and are solely responsible for their products, pricing, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.

• e-talk is not the seller of record.
• e-talk does not manage or perform shipping.
• e-talk does not guarantee product quality or delivery.

2. Order Completion & Settlement

Vendors control order fulfillment and completion status. By marking an order as Completed, the vendor represents that the order has been shipped or delivered in accordance with the listing terms.

• Completed orders are broadcast and recorded on WebChain.
• Settlement is final and irreversible on-chain.
• Funds are credited instantly to the vendor’s e-talk account.
• Vendors may withdraw funds immediately, subject to platform limits.

3. Buyer Protection Guarantee

e-talk provides a 100% Buyer Protection Guarantee. Buyer protection remains active for 31 days following order completion, even if funds have already been withdrawn by the vendor.

• Buyers may request refunds for non-delivery, incorrect items, damage, or fraud.
• Refund requests may be submitted during the protection window.
• WebChain transaction finality does not limit buyer protection rights.

4. Vendor Liability & Refunds

By completing an order, vendors accept full responsibility for refunds and disputes raised within the buyer protection period.

• Refunds are deducted from the vendor’s available balance or future earnings.
• If funds have been withdrawn, the vendor account may reflect a negative balance.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until outstanding liabilities are resolved.
• Failure to resolve disputes may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Marking orders as completed without fulfillment.
• Providing false tracking or delivery information.
• Selling counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.
• Abusing withdrawal or refund mechanisms.

6. Enforcement & Platform Rights

e-talk reserves the right to investigate, reverse internal balances, restrict withdrawals, suspend accounts, or permanently remove vendors who violate this Agreement or harm platform integrity.

7. Agreement Acceptance

By listing products, completing orders, or withdrawing funds on e-talk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Vendor Agreement and Buyer Protection Policy.
