To enhance trust and reliability, our insurance policy provides coverage of up to 50% reimbursement for eligible financial losses under specific conditions. This policy ensures that customers affected by unauthorized transactions or platform-related technical failures receive compensation to mitigate their losses.

2. Who is Eligible?

To qualify for reimbursement under this policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • The loss must be due to a verified unauthorized transaction, fraud, or a system-related error.
  • The claim must be filed within 30 days from the date of the incident.
  • The affected account must have a verified identity and a history of compliance with platform rules.
  • Only transactions processed through the E-TALK platform are covered.

3. Covered Incidents

The following types of financial losses are covered under this policy:

  • Unauthorized account access leading to asset withdrawals.
  • Technical errors resulting in unintended fund transfers or failed transactions.
  • Verified fraudulent vendor activities occurring within the E-TALK marketplace.

4. Exclusions

The following cases are not eligible for reimbursement:

  • Losses due to negligence (e.g., sharing passwords, failing to enable security features).
  • Fraudulent activities or scams occurring outside the E-TALK platform.
  • Market-related losses, including cryptocurrency price fluctuations.
  • Disputes related to third-party services or chargeback claims.

5. Reimbursement Procedure

Claiming reimbursement is a structured process to ensure legitimacy and fairness:

  1. Claim Submission (Within 30 Days) – The affected user submits a claim with supporting evidence.
  2. Review & Investigation (Up to 90 Days) – Our security team analyzes the claim and verifies eligibility.
  3. Decision Notification – Users are informed about claim approval or rejection.
  4. Reimbursement Payout (Within 180 Days) – Approved claims are processed and disbursed via the original payment method or credited to the user’s E-TALK account.

6. Fraud Prevention & Consequences

To maintain the integrity of our platform, any attempt to submit fraudulent claims will lead to:

  • Immediate suspension of the associated account.
  • Legal actions where applicable.
  • Permanent disqualification from any future claims.

7. Policy Amendments & Updates

E-TALK reserves the right to modify this policy to enhance protection measures. Any updates will be communicated to users through official channels.
